ISS provides Notaries Public for notarization of all of your important legal documents, whether it be jail mobile notary, hospital mobile notary, or any other traveling mobile notary service, we promptly attend to every single client without delay.
ISS provides Loan Signing Agents who offer in-home and mobile loan closing services for residential mortgages and various other types of loans. We work with banks, direct lenders, title insurance companies, attorneys and more.
ISS Doc Courier services provide convenience and peace of mind. If you are unable to pick up or deliver your time-sensitive documents, our bonded/insured agents can ease the pressure by transporting loan packages to and from the client.
ISS provides service to ALL Northern/Central California counties, including: Alameda, Contra Costa, Fresno, Marin, Merced, Napa, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Joaquin, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus, Yolo
COVID 19
As a precautionary health measure, we ask that all notaries consider using the following practices:

Wear masks and gloves upon arrival and throughout the signing appointment. Please have your own blue ink pen available to sign when our Agent arrives.

Refrain from any physical contact such as handshakes while keeping a healthy 6 ft. distance at all times.

Use hand sanitizer at the start and finish of each signing. If hand sanitizer is not available, handwashing for at least 20 seconds should be used.

Any Client showing or experiencing any symptoms of a cold or who feels has been exposed to the COVID-19, to PLEASE RESCHEDULE. Symptoms include but are not limited to coughing, fever, and body aches.

All bags and notarial equipment should be disinfected before and after every signing appointment.
